FILINVEST COMPANY: Crimson Resort & Spa Mactan The Bartender is responsible for mis - en - place, service, and maximization of guest satisfaction in the outlets. Ensures smooth operations of the sections appointed in the Food & Beverage division and customer satisfaction. To have complete knowledge on the food /beverage / service available in sections appointed. Inspects work area, utensils and tools to ensure that these are clean prior to and after each shift. Checks inventory in sections appointed for daily requisition. Takes guests' orders, making suggestions when required. Checks quality / presentation / temperature of food / beverage/ service prior to serving. Contributes to restaurant revenues by consistently practicing suggestive selling/ upselling techniques, per guidelines set by the restaurant's service managers /leaders. Prepares glassware, cutlery, linen, etc., ensuring sufficient supply for the day's operation. Conducts an inventory of store items and requests for lacking items, where applicable, prior to start of operations. Inspects and cleans up bar and equipment in accordance with hygiene and safety standards and procedures. Prepares all required reports related to audit and administrative requirements (e.g., breakage / loss forms as needed, bottle sale reports if applicable, inter - bar transfer forms, requisition forms, etc.). time, mixture and appearance. Performs other duties as required to provide "Unique Guest Experience" QUALIFICATIONS Graduate of any 4 year course With related work experience for atleast 1-2 years Good communication skills With valid related training certificates Can start immediately Amenable to work onsite in Mactan, Cebu

Responsibilities

The Bartender is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth operations in the Food & Beverage division. This includes taking orders, preparing drinks, and maintaining cleanliness and inventory.
