Six | Seven Restaurant at The Edgewater Hotel is one of the best downtown Seattle restaurants, offering Pacific Northwest Cuisine and views of Elliott Bay. This upscale restaurant includes indoor/outdoor seating, a creative menu, and a stunning view. The Bartender is responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience by delivering high-quality beverage service in a fine dining environment. This role requires a deep knowledge of mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a fine dining or upscale environment. In-depth knowledge of mixology, wine, and beverage preparation. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems. Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe). Availability to work different shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods. Capable of lifting and carrying heavy items, such as kegs and cases of beverages. Ability to reach, bend, and stoop frequently.
