Salary: €15–€18 per hour (Base €13.55–€14 + approx. €5/hr service charge – not guaranteed)
Contract: Full-time positions available
Schedule: Mainly evening shifts

THE ROLE

As a Bartender, you will be at the heart of the guest experience, creating drinks with skill and personality while contributing to the warm and professional atmosphere that makes FIRE stand out. You’ll collaborate closely with the floor and kitchen teams to deliver exceptional service and unforgettable guest moments.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Preparing and serving cocktails, wines, spirits, and other beverages to the highest standards
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar
• Recommending drinks and upselling where appropriate
• Communicating effectively with floor and kitchen teams
• Managing guest feedback with professionalism
• Following all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines
