We’ve taken the traditional game and reinvented it for the 21st century with multiplayer games that eliminate any need for counting by reimagining games into fast-paced, exciting social experiences with action replays for ultimate bragging rights.
Flight Club is opening its first venue in the centre of Dublin, and we are looking for talented bartenders to help is deliver an unforgettable beverage experience to our customers.
We’re looking for a passionate bartenders to join our team, bringing unexpected, ridiculous, joy to our guests every single day.

THE JOB

To be successful in the role as a Bartender you will need to:
Provide an amazing experience to our customers.
Be fun, enthusiastic and have lots of energy.
Be passionate about mixology and creating delicious cocktails.
Be able to work as part of a team, delivering consistent customer service with an attention to detail even when under pressure.
Have excellent organizational skills.
Be willing to learn.
Have great communication skills with a positive attitude.
Use your initiative, bringing new and creative ideas to how we do things
Experience as a Bartender is just as important for us as attitude and finding the right ‘fit’ for our team. To join the Flight Club Dublin bat team, you’ll need to embody and embrace the values that make us: innovation, passion, togetherness and warmth. We’re passionate about what we do, working together to provide an unforgettable experience for our guests. But, we don’t rest on our laurels; we’re fearless and innovative, always looking for ways to push the boundaries in our roles. We are currently recruiting for our team pre-opening, with a view to start training with us in January next year.
