JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team in a vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and maintaining the bar area while adhering to food safety standards. You will be an essential part of our hospitality team, ensuring that bar service runs smoothly during weddings, receptions, corporate gatherings and private parties.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2+ years of bartending experience, preferably in events, banquets or high-end hospitality.
  • In-depth knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, cocktails and bar etiquette.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable working weddings and formal events with varying guest sizes.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Must have completed RBS training and TIPS certified
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
  • Set up and break down bar for each event.
  • Follow all alcohol safety and serving protocols (check IDs, manage consumption, etc.).
  • Handle cash and operate POS systems accurately.
  • Communicate with event coordinators and other staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service.
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquet events or catering services to ensure seamless service.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling policies.
