Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Bartender at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney, you will be part of a world-class Food & Beverage team delivering memorable moments with every pour. You will bring passion, creativity, and genuine warmth to each interaction, crafting bespoke cocktails and providing exceptional service in one of the most iconic luxury hotels in the world. Whether behind the bar or engaging with guests, you will embody the Four Seasons promise of thoughtful, intuitive hospitality.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Create and serve a variety of premium beverages, including signature cocktails, wine, and spirits, in accordance with Four Seasons standards
  • Deliver personalised and engaging service that exceeds guest expectations
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and overall presentation of the bar at all times
  • Ensure adherence to RSA regulations and all company beverage service procedures
  • Contribute to cocktail innovation and support menu development in collaboration with the Bar Manager
  • Perform bar setup and closing duties, including reconciliation of transactions and stock rotationWork collaboratively with colleagues across the Food & Beverage division to ensure seamless service
