About the location: On an exclusive island in the heart of the Kingdom’s capital, Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay, with its unique architecture, has become an iconic landmark that soars as a destination in its own right, combining the best of a beach holiday and an urban getaway. About the role We are currently looking to hire a Bartender who will be responsible to provide an excellent guest experience and can create classic and innovative drinks exceeding guests’ needs and expectations. What you will do Garnish and present beverages attractively to enhance the overall guest experience. Ensure that all drinks are served promptly and at the correct temperature. Welcome guests warmly and engage in friendly conversation, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere at the bar. Recommend beverages based on guests' preferences and provide information about the drink offerings. Take drink and food orders from guests at the bar and in the dining area, ensuring accuracy in recording the order. Process guest bills, handle cash, credit card transactions, and provide receipts. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including cleaning and sanitizing glassware, utensils, and equipment. Ensure the bar is well-stocked with supplies, including alcohol, mixers, fruits, and other necessary ingredients. Work closely with the restaurant team, including servers and kitchen staff, to ensure efficient service and a seamless dining experience. What you bring Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting. Strong knowledge of mixology, food and beverage pairings, and preparation methods. Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Flexible schedule—available for all shifts, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Certification in responsible alcohol service is preferred.
