Bartenders are responsible for prepping and serving drinks, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe environment for all. Bartenders also work on the front-line as needed. Front Line Crew Members are the face and hands of Illegal Pete's, interacting with our guests on a daily basis, creating the great food and the welcoming environment that we're known for. In addition to bar, other positions may include hot, cold, digital, or cashier. Front Line Crew Members are responsible for excellent customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and speed. This position works in various stations within the restaurant which may include hot line, cold line, bartender and cashier. MORE MONEY - $25.30 - $27.30 per hour including tips! We believe in paying a Living Wage and that’s why your base rate plus tips will allow you to make more than any other fast casual around. Bartenders earn a Base Rate of $13.80, plus direct tips. Front Line base rate starting at $18.81 depending on experience, plus pooled tips skill, and/or education. All in benefits and pay up to $68,000 per year! The More the Merrier and we mean it…….
