We are currently seeking dedicated Bar/Front of House Staff to join our team at our beautiful venue The Littleton Arms in Penkridge, ST19 5AL . This a restaurant setting with table service.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and be committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner
- Take drink orders and serve beverages promptly
- Prepare and serve light snacks or food items
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bar area
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and drink orders
- Manage customer payments accurately
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills during busy periods
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is advantageous
- Proficiency in basic math’s for handling transactions
- Strong hospitality skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to assist in culinary tasks when required
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
