From the quality of the beer, to the atmosphere of the Taproom and Biergarten, and especially the service, a guest’s impression of Schulz Bräu begins the moment they walk through the door. Their experience must always be excellent—and our bartenders make that happen.
We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and reliable individuals to join our team as full-time and part-time craft bartenders. Ideal candidates are passionate about craft beer, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to learn. Weekend and evening availability is a must.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Schulz Bräu Brewing, providing an exceptional guest experience.
• Greet guests promptly with enthusiasm and friendliness.
• Guide guests through our beer menu, explaining differences between staple and seasonal styles.
• Answer questions about our beers, production process, and facilities accurately.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and returning guests.
• Communicate with staff and management to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Follow all checklists and standard operating procedures.
• Buss and reset bar tops/tables as needed.
• Uphold alcohol awareness and safety standards, including responsible serving practices.
• Constantly expand knowledge of craft beer and our products.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Bartending and brewing experience preferred, but not required.
• Must obtain a Tennessee ABC Server Permit.
• Must complete Cicerone Level 1 Certification within two weeks of hire.
• Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods of time.
• Passion for craft beer, guest experience, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
