Full and Part-Time positions available!
We are looking for a professional, personable, high-energy bartender with excellent communication skills to serve cocktails and exciting new beverages to our customers. Our bartender will greet customers & learn about their preferences, answer customer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages and food. Other duties include upselling items, utilizing proper equipment and ingredients, stocking of coolers & supplies, and basic cleaning duties.
To succeed in this position, you should have a neat appearance, be engaging and have a friendly pleasant personality. Our bartenders need to be fast, efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and personable. We offer excellent starting wages with the ability to have fun while working and make fantastic tips!!

Bartender Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers, listening to customers beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking/serving drink & food orders.
• Informing customers about new beverages, specials, and upcoming events.
• Selecting and mixing proper ingredients, taking food order at the bar, and serving beverages to customers.
• Working with a computer POS.
• Checking identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase & consume alcohol.
• Ensure bar supplies and coolers are well-stocked, bar is neat & clean.
• Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.
• Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons, balancing the cash register.
• Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, & equipment.
• Ability to work effectively alone or with other staff members.

Bartender Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 yrs old
• High School Diploma.
• Additional education, training, certificates, or experience may be required.
• Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive, engaging personality and professional appearance.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong task and time management abilities.
• Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc for extended periods, and be able lift up to 25 lbs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
