· Attend all scheduled shifts in a timely manner, a conscientious approach to timekeeping is required to ensure the smooth running of each service, and in consideration for all colleagues.
· Each shift should be fulfilled with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to be at work, providing a positive working environment for the team and a warm welcome for guests.
· Fulfill all training requirements, providing a knowledgeable enthusiasm for all products across both food and beverage. Recommend and up-sell products to drive spend per head.
· A diligent approach to preparation, mise en place and on shift organisation to ensure a professional and orderly environment.
· Attend daily staff briefings, paying close attention to direction from shift manager with regards to service notes, specials and up-sell targets.
