THE POSITION:

We are looking for an experienced part-time bartender. Approximately 2 - 4 shifts per week.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2-3 years of experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a high-volume restaurant.
• Extensive knowledge of wine, cocktails, and spirits (particularly agave-based spirits).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Passion for food, drink, and hospitality.

• Craft Cocktails: Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails with precision, creativity, and care while maintaining consistency with the restaurant’s signature drinks.
• Customer Service: Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, making recommendations, answering questions, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• High-Volume Service: Efficiently handle a high volume of orders during peak times while maintaining attention to detail, quality, and service standards.
• Bar Maintenance: Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked. This includes checking inventory, restocking supplies, and keeping the bar equipment in working condition.
• Collaboration: Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and fellow bartenders to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests.
• Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring all orders are rung up correctly.
• Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling and alcohol service protocols.
