**About the Role**
We're looking for a dynamic and engaging Food & Beverage Attendant with a flair for bartending to join our team! As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding service, creating memorable dining and drinking experiences, and building strong relationships with guests. Whether you're shaking up cocktails, recommending a wine pairing, or connecting with guests with your natural charisma, you'll play an essential role in bringing our bar concepts to life.
**Some of the responsibilities include:**
+ To be fully conversant with all services, offers, promotions and facilities offered by the hotel
+ Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation
+ Engage and connect with guests, making them feel welcomed with your outgoing personality and ease of conversation
+ Following international and local Bar and Drink trends
+ Closely follow and complete opening and closing procedures and check lists
+ Serve alcohol responsibly and report any concerns to duty manager immediately
**Qualifications:**
**A successful candidate will have:**
+ Current Food & Beverage experience in hotel environment or similar fast-paced environment
+ A valid and current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
+ The ability to create a positive first impression
+ The flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
+ Mixologist / cocktail bar background
+ Wine knowledge highly advantageous
