Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a POS system
- Engage with customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role preferred
- Familiarity with cashiering procedures
- Smart Serve Certified
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.20 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week

Additional pay:

• Tips (There is no tip pooling)

Schedule:

• Every Weekend (Friday and Saturday Nights)

Experience:

• Bartending: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Smart Serve (required)
