REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a barman or bartender in a hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of mixology and various beverage recipes.

Experience:

• Bartender: 2 years (Preferred)

• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure a memorable guest experience.
• Bar Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including cleaning glasses, utensils, and bar equipment.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock supplies as needed, and inform the supervisor of any shortages or requisitions.
• Cash Handling: Process payments accurately, including handling cash and card transactions, and maintaining proper records.
• Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations as well as alcohol-serving laws.
• Upselling: Recommend and upsell beverages and promotions to enhance sales.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with guests to create a welcoming and lively atmosphere, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
• Event Support: Assist with setting up and serving at events, banquets, or themed nights.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including food service staff, to provide seamless service.
