Position Summary:
We’re looking for an energetic, skilled, and personable Bartender who thrives in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment. You’ll be the heartbeat behind the bar, serving everything from a well-poured pint of Guinness to classic and contemporary cocktails, while also being comfortable stepping onto the floor during busy service. A strong sense of cleanliness, teamwork, and genuine guest engagement is essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Bar Duties:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks efficiently and to spec
• Maintain a deep knowledge of beer, whiskey, and cocktail offerings
• Keep the bar stocked, clean, and organized at all times
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Maintain consistent service standards in line with our brand and ethos
• Confidently take food and drink orders when required
• Deliver service with warmth, personality, and precision
• Assist with opening, closing, and reset duties across both bar and floor areas

Coffee & Barista Skills:

• Confident in preparing a full range of espresso-based drinks to a consistent, high standard
• Maintain a clean and well-organized coffee station throughout service
• Monitor coffee quality, grind, and machine performance daily
• Provide a warm, efficient morning service during breakfast and brunch hours
• Understand the importance of speed, accuracy, and presentation during busy periods

Guest Interaction:

• Create a welcoming and lively atmosphere for guests
• Be knowledgeable and conversational about our menus, live music nights, and specials
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care

Cleanliness & Compliance:

• Uphold strict hygiene and sanitation standards behind the bar and across all guest areas
• Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations
• Maintain clean glassware, bar tools, and service equipment

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of bartending or hospitality experience essential
• Strong multitasking skills and comfort working in a high-energy environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and late nights
• Team player attitude – ready to jump between bar and floor as needed
• A natural sense of pride in cleanliness and presentation
• Passion for music and creating unforgettable guest moments
