NEW RESTAURANT - Recently opened (December 2024) in Madison, NJ. Currently seeking to add to its BARTENDING staff.
Solid, professional management with an exciting, high end concept focusing on Prime Cuts of Beef, fresh seafood and world class wines and cocktails. A solid client base as, under the same roof there is already a VERY successful wine & tap room concept that our local guests LOVE. We are seeking a few dedicated and enthusiastic BARTENDERS to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional guest services and have a strong understanding of the food industry.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is required, particularly in fine dining establishments.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary practices, food handling, and guest services.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions accurately.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely food preparation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for the next guests.
