We are seeking skilled, energetic professionals with strong mixology knowledge and a passion for hospitality. The ideal candidate has previous experience as a restaurant bartender or bar mixologist, is confident preparing classic cocktails, craft cocktails, beer, and wine, and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Candidates must be committed to delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining efficiency during peak hours and busy shifts. Requirements • Prepare and serve beer, wine, and craft cocktails following standard recipes and portion control guidelines. • Deliver exceptional customer service in a high-volume restaurant and bar environment. • Maintain a clean, organized, and health-department-compliant bar area. • Accurately process cash and credit transactions while maintaining an accountable cash drawer. • Ensure responsible alcohol service and maintain a safe environment for guests and team members. • Work efficiently during peak hours, evenings, weekends, and special events. • Comply with all company policies, alcohol service regulations, and safety standards (non-slip shoes required; employee provided). Minimum Skills and Qualifications: • 3+ years of bartending experience (high-volume preferred). • Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, craft cocktails, beer, and wine. • Mixology certification from a reputable bartending school is a plus. • Must meet Florida minimum age requirements to serve alcohol. • Strong cash handling and POS system experience preferred. • Must have reliable transportation. • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and special events required. Physical Demands: • Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods. • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly. • Ability to work in varying temperatures (hot, humid, and cold environments) and tolerate moderate dust and cleaning agents. • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, reach overhead, and maintain physical balance while performing tasks. • Ability to use a step-stool or ladder when necessary. • Manual dexterity for handling bar tools, glassware, and POS systems. • Ability to communicate effectively in a loud, fast-paced environment. • Sufficient vision and hearing to safely perform job duties.
