Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES | NGĀ HAEPAPA
- Ensure bar prep for a successful evening drinks service.
- Support the restaurant team with drinks and food service.
- Understand the ingredients used.
- Have a passion for creating extraordinary cocktails.
- Prepare all beverages to order.
- Ensure the bar and tables are always clean.
- Close the bar and ensure all checklists are completed and set up for the morning shift.
- Daily banking and cashing up of the tills.
