Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES | NGĀ HAEPAPA

  • Ensure bar prep for a successful evening drinks service.
  • Support the restaurant team with drinks and food service.
  • Understand the ingredients used.
  • Have a passion for creating extraordinary cocktails.
  • Prepare all beverages to order.
  • Ensure the bar and tables are always clean.
  • Close the bar and ensure all checklists are completed and set up for the morning shift.
  • Daily banking and cashing up of the tills.
