Be part of our dynamic Beverage & Bar crew and work across some of the Mornington Peninsula’s most iconic bars: Salt Bar, Front Bar, Rooftop Bar, Shi Hui Shi Bar, Pool Bar, Lounge Bar and our new Lobby Bar.

Duty Manager Beverage & Bars, Bartenders & Glassie positions available

We’re looking for:

· Duty Managers to supervise staff, manage service, maintaining liquor, monitoring stock and presentation, and support the wider management team

· Experienced bartenders with proven skills in cocktails, beer, and wine service, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

· Glassies who are eager to learn, will be trained in all aspects of the bar, and have the potential to progress into bartending roles (must be 18+ for this pathway)

Variety of hours per week available, with up to full time hours available in Summer, over a 7-day rotating roster. Weekend and evening availability is essential.
