Description We are seeking Bartenders with day or evening shifts to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience. Responsible for mixing and serving all alcoholic and non-alcoholic bar beverages. Responsible for overall operation of individual bar. Responsible for individual bar costs and inventory. Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations Requirements Qualifications: Experience in bartending in a quality dining establishment Strong leadership qualities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and communication skills Strong attention to detail A true desire to serve others and a commitment to providing high quality service Outstanding interpersonal communication skills and attention to detail Team player able to diplomatically foster relationships with Members, Employees and Guests Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced position with high member and guest interaction Must be 21 years of age and have TABC certification Houston Country Club offers an excellent benefits package. Responsibilities
The Bartender will be responsible for mixing and serving all alcoholic and non-alcoholic bar beverages while ensuring customers receive a memorable dining experience. This role also includes managing the overall operation of an individual bar, including costs and inventory.
