JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced cocktail bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of food safety and bartending practices. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an inviting atmosphere, serving beverages, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable experience for our patrons.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous cocktail experience or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating a friendly and welcoming attitude towards guests.
  • Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively.
  • A genuine desire to help others and create enjoyable experiences for customers.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drinks and menu items.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising basic maths skills for billing purposes.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations within the restaurant environment.
  • Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service standards.
