We’re a new wine bar in Hackney, East London, focused on sharing our love for great wine and beer. Our list features around 50–60 unique and experimental wines sourced from across the world, alongside a selection of hyper-local beers , classic cocktails and spirits. We’re passionate about good drinks and creating a relaxed, welcoming spot for people to enjoy them.

JOB OVERVIEW:

We’re seeking an experienced, enthusiastic part-time bartender to join our small team. You’ll play a vital role in setting up the bar and premises before shifts, delivering exceptional customer service during service hours, and ensuring everything is properly cleaned and packed down at the end of the shift.

• Prepare and set up the bar and premises ahead of service
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to our guests
• Pour and recommend wines from our extensive list
• Prepare basic cocktails and serve beer (draught and bottled) and spirits
• Advise customers on wine pairings and tasting notes
• Carry out cellar maintenance, including line cleaning and stock rotation
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and premises throughout and after service
• Handle cash and card payments as needed
