BAR STAFF JOB OPENING

We are currently looking for an experienced Bar Staff Member to join our busy restaurant team at Ariala Springwood.

This role is suited to someone who is confident working behind a bar, can keep up in a fast-paced environment, and is also happy to assist across the restaurant when the bar is quieter.

Previous bar experience is essential. Applicants must already be comfortable with general bar service, handling drink orders and working efficiently during busy periods.

Main Duties

• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
• Taking drink orders and processing payments
• Keeping the bar clean, stocked and organised
• Following RSA requirements at all times
• Checking customer ID when required
• Assisting with customer check-in and check-out
• Answering general customer and booking questions
• Helping waiters with drinks, clearing, resetting tables and general floor duties when the bar is quiet
• Assisting wherever needed to keep service running smoothly
• Completing bar cleaning and closing duties

• Comfortable working as part of a team
• Willing to help outside the bar when required
• Good communication skills
• Available for busy evening and weekend shifts

Pay: $37.00 – $45.02 per hour
