Say farewell to the ordinary, and hello to the extraordinary! Job Description What you’ll do We are looking for a Bartender intern to be part of the team at SLS Barcelona. Under the guidance of the Head Bartender, you'll be a key player in crafting our awesome beverage lineup and making our place a total hit. Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves. To prepare and serve beverage orders according to recipes and service standards. To be knowledgeable about bar products and cocktail recipes. Make whatever the mood calls for, from soft drinks to masterful cocktails that change with the seasons. To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all beverage items and prepare garnishes for each cocktail accordingly. To strictly adhere to opening and closing procedures established for the outlet and check beverage stock. To monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage. Know your product & systems inside out. To prepare mise‑en‑place and perform side duties. Work with the rest of team in keeping things running smoothly and tidily, for both table and bar service. Qualifications What we are looking for... Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
