  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
  • Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations.
  • Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is essential.
  • Experience using POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
  • Operate Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
  • Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service.
  • Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as necessary.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during events, including banquets and catering functions.
  • Uphold food safety standards in all aspects of food handling and preparation.
  • Stay informed about drink specials, menu changes, and new offerings to enhance sales opportunities.
