Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
• Manage cash handling, POS transactions, and cashiering duties with accuracy using Micros POS or similar systems
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations
• Restock bar supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth operation throughout shifts
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours, demonstrating excellent time management skills

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a strong background in hospitality and customer service
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for efficient order processing and cashiering
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during high-volume periods
• Strong math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and inventory management
• Exceptional customer service abilities to create welcoming atmospheres and handle diverse guest needs
• Ability to serve responsibly while maintaining professionalism in all interactions
