This role requires a friendly, energetic, and efficient Bartender to serve guests in both the diner and pool areas. This is a family-focused, high-volume position with a strong emphasis on providing exceptional service. The Bartender primarily prepares a large number of non-alcoholic beverages, including slushies, mocktails, milkshakes, and specialty drinks, especially during peak seasons.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:  * Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages such as slushies, mocktails, milkshakes, sodas, and specialty drinks * Provide beverage service for both the diner and pool areas * Deliver friendly, patient, and professional service to a high number of children and families * Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, particularly during spring, summer, weekends, and holidays * Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and beverage station * Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines * Accurately take orders and process payments using the POS system * Communicate and coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
