Description Supervisor: Bar Manager Department: Bar Position Summary: Mix drinks, serve food, beer, and mixed drinks to customers, circumstances may require table service Job Relationships: Responsible To: Guests, Bar Manager Employees Supervised: Bar back and other servers Inter-Relationships: Work closely with Bar Manager and other cafe/bar staff to better serve our guests Duties and Responsibilities: Serve guests Prepare bar of opening Assist with inventory and ordering Stock supplies as needed Wash dishes Keep accurate cash count Additional duties may be assigned Requirements Qualifications: Certification: Valid Washington State Health Card and WSLCB Class 12 Mixologist permit Experience: Previous Bartending Preferred Other Requirements: Ability to relate in a positive manner to guests and co-workers Environmental Factors: Standing for extended periods of time Frequent lifting of items weighting 40 Lbs. or more Working around hot dishwasher and kitchen equipment Stair climbing Guest facing position.
