We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, mixing and serving drinks, and ensuring that all patrons have a memorable experience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
  • Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing orders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to help others enjoy their experience.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills.
  • Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible service of alcohol.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service.
  • Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
