QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Diploma or Certification in Hospitality, F&B, or Barista Training is preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a bartender or beverage server in a luxury hotel, fine-dining restaurant, or premium café.
• Strong knowledge of non-alcoholic mixology, cold-pressed juices, specialty coffee, and tea service.
• Familiarity with beverage presentation, glassware, and bar equipment.
• Excellent spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is an advantage.
• Well-groomed, presentable, and culturally sensitive.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Non-Alcoholic Bartender, you will be the face of the beverage service at our restaurants, lounges, or cafés, specializing in curated mocktails, premium juices, smoothies, specialty coffees, and tea service. You will deliver a high-quality guest experience while upholding the cultural and religious standards of Saudi Arabia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of non-alcoholic beverages including mocktails, infused drinks, smoothies, juices, artisanal teas, and specialty coffees.
• Deliver exceptional and personalized guest service, anticipating guest preferences and exceeding expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times.
• Ensure mise en place is ready before each service, including garnishes, fresh fruits, syrups, and glassware.
• Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards in line with hotel policies and HACCP guidelines.
• Stay current on beverage trends and contribute to new menu ideas with creativity and cultural awareness.
• Communicate effectively with service staff and kitchen team for smooth operations.
• Handle POS transactions accurately and assist with inventory control and stock requisitions.
• Uphold the brand’s service standards, grooming guidelines, and guest interaction protocols.
