Job Summary:
Join our team at Lady Greys as a Bartender. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere by crafting and serving a variety of beverages to our guests. Your expertise in bartending, food safety, hospitality, and time management will contribute to ensuring exceptional service for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a diverse selection of beverages, including cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, following recipes and customer preferences.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service, answer inquiries, and offer beverage recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning utensils.
- Adhere strictly to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines to uphold customer well-being.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new ingredients, and mixology techniques to enhance beverage offerings.
- Support in training new bartenders or barbacks when necessary.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to provide exceptional customer service.
- Basic math skills for precise measurement of ingredients and handling transactions.
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic setting while paying attention to detail.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business requirements.
