Description Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team. Whether mixing a classic Negroni or crafting a seasonal cocktail, our bartenders play a key role in shaping the guest experience. This position requires strong service skills, product knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume environment. Weekend availability is a must. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests at the bar and in the dining room Provide an engaging and knowledgeable experience for guests seated at the bar Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the bar area and tools Monitor guest consumption and ensure a safe, enjoyable environment Assist with bar prep, inventory, and restocking duties Work collaboratively with FOH and BOH teams to ensure seamless service Adhere to all ABC regulations and company alcohol service policies Requirements: 1–2 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment preferred Must be 21 years or older Excellent communication and hospitality skills Ability to multitask under pressure and maintain attention to detail Flexible availability, with weekend shifts required Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer What We Offer: Competitive hourly wage + tips, hourly rate $17.95 an hour Flexible scheduling for part-time availability Dining discounts across all Vine Hospitality restaurants Career development opportunities within a growing restaurant group A collaborative and respectful team environment We E-Verify Requirements Must have RBS certificate Food Handler Certified
