PURPOSE To prepare and serve alcohol to guests that is consistent with the standards of the Cigar Lounge. ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Formulate beverages according to established recipes Serve guests in compliance with MAST and guest service standards. Rings up each transaction on the cash register and makes the correct change. Provides table service in the lounge using tray in the absence of a Beverage Server. Requisition supplies for work station to maintain necessary parts and monitor quality of product. Initiate and establish superior guest service, including recommendation of drink selection and informing of specials and product knowledge. Utilize and implement MAST Training to prevent and recognize potential alcohol related concerns. Set up and close work stations in compliance with established procedures. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements Requirements Education and Experience: High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD). Eighteen (18) months of bartending experience Previous successful Restaurant and/or Bar experience. One (1) year of cash handling and knowledge of balancing your bank. Skills and Abilities: Above average knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer products. PREFERRED Education and Experience: One (1) year cash handling and reconciliation. One (1) year computerized Point-of-Sale (POS) System Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel exercises Snoqualmie Tribal Member/Native American preference in hiring, in compliance with the Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO). You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission. Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions. The use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant for positions in any department other than Transportation (Valet, Driver I). DOT panel testing is required for the Driver position.

Responsibilities
