Experienced bartender required for busy neighbourhood pub in Langford.
Bartending experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment is recommended.
MUST be available to work Weekend Nights!!
Supervisory experience an asset.
Serving experience an asset.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Previous serving experience at a highly competent level required
• Squirrel POS experience an asset
• Highly organized
• Excellent cash handling skills
• Desire to be part of a team and contribute as such
• Complete technical bartender knowledge
• Ability to assert authority and make sound judgments with confidence
• Cost Control Skills
• Serving It Right Certificate required
  Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
  Pay: $18.50-$21.00 per hour

• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing them efficiently and consistently for both guests and servers
• Build a rapport with clientele, while maintaining a positive and cooperative attitude
• Provide full food and beverage service to guests seated at the bar
• Learn and maintain knowledge of all beverages featured in our menus
• General knowledge of standard cocktails and highballs
• Handle card and cash transactions, ensuring that all funds in the cash drawer are accounted for by the end of the shift
• Perform closing duties
