Exceeds SNHD guidelines while maintaining a clean work environment. Fosters a positive work environment. Maintains healthy relationship with resort leadership. Effectively schedules line level staff to established pars. Must have SNHD Manager Card up to date. Must have TAM card up to date. Cognizant of the importance of waste control and limiting breakage. Ideal Candidate: Minimum 2-years’ experience as a Bartender in full service, moderate to high volume restaurants. Proficient with Micros POS system. Strong interpersonal skills. Vast product knowledge. Professional verbal and written communication with guests, co-workers, and leadership. Must be organized, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong attention to detail.
