JOB OVERVIEW

Delta Bingo Etobicoke is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Bingo Lounge Bartender to serve drinks in a fast-paced, casino-style bingo environment. The ideal candidate will have proven bartending experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

REQUIREMENTS

· Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in a high-volume environment.
Smart Serve certification required.
· Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and responsible service guidelines.
· Excellent customer service and communication skills.
· Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
· Comfortable working in a gaming/bingo environment.
· Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Experience in a casino, bingo hall, or entertainment venue is an asset.
Cash handling and POS experience.

Responsibilities

· Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with liquor laws and company policies.
· Maintain an organized and well-stocked bar area, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
· Check guest IDs to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements.
· Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent service and enhancing their bingo experience.
· Process transactions efficiently, handling cash and POS systems accurately.
· Monitor guest behavior and alcohol consumption, following responsible service practices.
· Assist with bar inventory management, including restocking and tracking supplies.
· Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth lounge operations.
· Uphold all company policies, including dress code, health & safety regulations, and customer service standards.
