QUALIFICATIONS

  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements.
  • Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • A passion for mixology and willingness to learn new drink recipes is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with patrons, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including buffing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations at all times.
  • Manage cash handling procedures, including processing payments.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and or servers to ensure timely service of food and drinks.
  • Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
  • Uphold a positive atmosphere by promoting responsible drinking practices.
