You will work efficiently under pressure, ensuring that all customers are served quickly and accurately.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers quickly and accurately.
• Maintain a fast-paced service while ensuring all customers are attended to promptly.
• Take drink orders from customers, provide recommendations, and suggest drink pairings.
• Manage multiple orders simultaneously without compromising the quality of service.
• Ensure the bar area is always clean and organized, including cleaning glasses, countertops, and bar equipment.
• Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately.
• Replenish stock and handle inventory control, including receiving deliveries and storing products.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including cleaning protocols and alcohol service laws.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to create a positive experience.
• Maintain a high level of energy and efficiency, especially during peak hours.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up the bar and securing the area after service.
