What You’ll Be Doing Crafting cocktails, pouring wine & beer, and delivering consistent, high-quality drinks Creating a welcoming, fun, and polished guest experience Keeping the bar stocked, clean, and running smoothly Working closely with the service team to keep the night flowing Showing up ready to hustle, collaborate, and represent the Maleza brand What We’re Looking For PM availability is required (evenings, weekends, and busy nights) 1 year prior bartending experience preferred Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset Calm under pressure, fast on your feet, and detail-oriented Reliable, punctual, and professional, because our team counts on you Why Maleza?
