We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in fine dining or nightclub environments. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests by providing high-quality beverage service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS and Micros POS systems is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and practices in the food industry.
• Experience in brewing or cocktail preparation techniques is advantageous.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Operate Aloha POS and Micros POS systems efficiently for order processing and payment handling.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts, ensuring prompt service while maintaining quality.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies as needed.
• Assist in banquet and catering events, providing beverage service as required.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
