BARTENDER/MANAGER SUPERVISOR POSITION

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender/Manager Supervisor to join our Restaurant/Bar in mid-Etobicoke and help us deliver exceptional experiences to our clientele.

• . Mixology & Service: Prepare and serve beverages with precision, artistry, and enthusiasm. Maintain high standards for taste, presentation, and safety.
• · Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate bar staff. Conduct pre-shift briefings, delegate tasks, and ensure all team members are meeting service standards.
• · Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, place orders, and oversee deliveries. Ensure all products are stored, rotated, and utilized efficiently to minimize waste.
• · Quality Control: Regularly inspect bar areas and equipment for cleanliness, organization, and functionality.
• · Compliance: Ensure adherence to all licensing laws, responsible service of alcohol, and company policies.
