ABOUT US:

We’re a busy, high-energy sports bar known for great drinks, great food, and the perfect atmosphere to watch the big game. We’re looking for an experienced Bartender / Floor Manager to join our team, help lead service, and keep the good times rolling until last call.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

This hybrid role combines hands-on bartending with floor management responsibilities. You’ll be a key member of the team, ensuring guests receive top-notch service while keeping operations smooth from open to close.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years experience in the hospitality industry (bartending and/or management).
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge and passion for sports is a big asset.
• Smart Serve (or equivalent) certification required.
• Flexibility for shifts that include evenings, weekends, and some late nights (we are open until 2am).

BARTENDING DUTIES:

• Craft a variety of cocktails, pour draught beer, and serve wine with consistency and quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Monitor responsible alcohol service.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.

FLOOR MANAGER DUTIES:

• Oversee daily service operations on the floor.
• Lead and motivate staff to provide excellent guest experiences.
• Manage guest flow, seating, and table turns during peak periods.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance feedback.
