Responsibilities
  • Understand and verbally explain the outlet’s concept and food and beverage offerings to guests, including the characteristics of various drinks.
  • Mix and match ingredients to create outstanding cocktails, non-alcoholic drinks, spirits, beers, and wines, garnishing them as per standards.
  • Handle customer complaints effectively, both verbal and written, and report them to managers without fail.
  • Set up the daily bar counter, ensuring all necessary ingredients and equipment are prepared, and check inventory to avoid running out of stock during service periods.
  • Clean and sanitise the bar areas after each shift, conduct periodic deep cleaning, and ensure correct date labelling for all products.
  • Assist in creating new mixed drinks and cocktails for promotional activities and new menus and operate the point of sales system to process orders
