We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong background in the beverage industry. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring that our members have an enjoyable experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous bar experience is preferred, particularly in a bartending
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive member experience.
  • Proficient in basic math for handling cash transactions accurately.
  • Experience with cash handling and cashiering duties is essential.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
  • A friendly demeanor with strong hospitality skills that enhance members interactions.

    Pay: $17.85-$23.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to members in a timely manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices.
  • Operate the POS system efficiently to process orders and handle cash transactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with members, taking drink orders, and responding to inquiries.
  • Manage time effectively during busy shifts and major events to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.
  • Ensure compliance with all health regulations and safety standards related to food and beverage service.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of drink recipes, menu items, and promotions.
