We’re currently looking for an experienced and energetic Bartender / Bar Staff Member to join our team.

About the Role

You’ll be working in a fast-paced restaurant and function environment, preparing drinks, engaging with customers, and helping deliver memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Preparing cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Delivering friendly and professional customer service
• Maintaining a clean and organised bar area
• Assisting with stock control and bar setup
• Supporting floor staff during busy periods
• Working functions, events, and weekend services

What We’re Looking For

• Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
• Cocktail knowledge highly regarded
• Current RSA Certificate (required)
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Availability across nights and weekends
• Well presented, reliable, and professional
