We are currently searching for a Bartender for Rochester Airport Marriott Why Work With Us? * It’s a fun company to work for! * We recognize efforts and reward results * Great benefits package, including industry leading 401K * Promotional opportunities with a growing company * Paid training Duties and Responsibilities: The bartender is responsible for providing all lounge patrons and servers with fast, friendly beverage service in accordance with established company policy. * Provide fast, friendly, and accurate beverage service to guests and servers * Mix and pour drinks according to company recipes and portion standards * Accurately ring in sales and process guest payments, including room charges * Maintain a clean and organized bar in compliance with health and safety regulations * Collaborate with servers and other food & beverage staff to ensure smooth service * Perform additional duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Director SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: * Must have a high school diploma or its equivalent. * Must have minimum one (1) year’s bartender experience. * Must have excellent communication skills. * Must be able to learn basic paperwork quickly and to accurately complete required paperwork. * Be thoroughly familiar with all types of drinks. * Must have a friendly, courteous, and outgoing personality.
