We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining the bar area, and providing top-notch service in a fast-paced environment.

SKILLS

• Familiarity with Micros POS systems or similar cash handling systems is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process orders and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible serving practices are followed
• Manage inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed and reporting any shortages or issues to management.
