Responsible for providing five-star member dining and exceeding member expectations while ensuring compliance with all local and state laws and Club policies and procedures for serving alcohol. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES Possess a personality that makes people feel welcome, with a passion for providing an outstanding member experience. Excellent interpersonal, diplomatic, and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Ability to think on your feet. Projects a calm, professional demeanor at all times and works well under pressure. Ability to proactively anticipate member and guest needs. Must be reliable and punctual. Superior working memory. Self-motivated and accountable for one’s actions. Ability to work independently and as a team member. Requirements EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Prior bartending experience is preferred. Basic math skills. Cash-handling experience. Knowledge of essential food preparation and knife skills. Must be at least 21 years old. Valid Driver’s license. Fluent in written and conversational English. Experienced computer user. EXPECTED WORK HOURS Part-time hours. Must be available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Availability throughout the golf season (May–September) is required. Shifts may begin as early as 6:00 a.m. and end as late as 2:00 a.m. Overtime may be required during periods of increased member activity. When necessary, shifts may extend beyond the standard schedule, potentially exceeding 10 hours. BENEFITS Competitive pay, starting at $15/hr. plus tips. Employee referral program.
